Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je vyhotovení projektové dokumentace bytového domu ve stupni pro provádění stavby včetně studie dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. [2] ve znění novely č. 405/2017 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Součástí bakalářské práce je také technická zpráva, tepelně technické posouzení ploché střechy dle ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [17] a statický výpočet železobetonového schodiště.

Bytový dům je podsklepený se třemi nadzemními podlažími a plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. V bytovém domě se nachází 10 bytových jednotek. Součástí třetího nadzemního podlaží je terasa pro 2 bytové jednotky. Svislé konstrukce bytového domu jsou ze systému Porothrem, obvodové stěny v 1.PP a stropy jsou železobetonové.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a residential building in the stage for the implementation of the construction, including a study according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. [2] as amended by the amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on documentation of buildings. The bachelor thesis also includes a technical report, a thermal technical assessment of the flat roof according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [17] and a static calculation of the reinforced concrete staircase.

The dwelling house has a basement with three storeys and a flat single-skin roof. There are 10 residential units in the residential building. On the third floor there is a terrace for 2 residential units. The vertical structures of the apartment building are of the Porothrem system, the perimeter walls in the 1st floor and the ceilings are reinforced concrete.
