Zhodnocení systému motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employee motivation and satisfaction in Vesuvius Česká republika, a.s.. The main aim of the thesis is, based on the conducted analysis, to evaluate the level of employee motivation and satisfaction and to identify the factors that influence this motivation the most, especially in the areas of remuneration, working conditions, workplace relationships, the role of supervisors, and employee benefits. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic concepts related to motivation, stimulation, and job satisfaction and presents selected theories of motivation. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey conducted through the Microsoft Forms platform among the company’s employees. The collected data were processed using analysis and comparison of individual responses. The results showed that employees positively evaluate the working environment, working conditions, and employee benefits, while opportunities for improvement were identified mainly in the areas of communication, employee appreciation, and transparency of remuneration. Based on the obtained results, recommendations aimed at increasing employee satisfaction and improving the effectiveness of employee motivation were proposed.
