Zápisy práv a jiných údajů do katastru nemovitostí

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of registration of rights and other data in the Cadastre of the Czech Republic. It focuses on the analysis of the legal regulation after the introduction of the new Civil Code and the Cadastral Act, which fundamentally influenced the procedures for entries and other entries into the cadastre. The thesis also reflects technological developments, in particular the digitization of cadastral data and the introduction of information systems that have contributed to more efficient and secure access to data. The aim of the thesis was not only to describe the different types of rights and other data entered into the cadastre, but also to highlight the formalities of proposals for entry. The practical part of the thesis includes a statistical analysis of the deposit proceedings filed at the Cadastral Office in Chomutov and an evaluation of selected cases. The work also includes examples of the use of web applications of the Czech Office of Surveying and Cadastre. The results show that a proper understanding of the processes of registration of rights is crucial for ensuring legal certainty of the participants. The work offers a practical perspective on rights registration and can serve as a useful guide for the public and professionals.
