Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Projektová dokumentace řeší návrh polyfunkčního domů dle vypracované studie. Součástí práce je také tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí a energetický štítek obálky budovy. Objekt je navržen jako nepodsklepený, se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Nosný systém objektu je tvořen prefabrikovaným železobetonovým skeletem. Mezi sloupy bude po obvodu provedena zděná stěna. Objekt bude založen na základových patkách, pod nosnými stěnami budou provedeny základové prahy. Zastřešení budovy je navrženo jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. „Polyfunkční dům“ je navržený jako objekt smíšeného využití. V 1. nadzemním podlaží je objekt dispozičně přizpůsobený pro provoz kavárny s galerií a butik. Ve 2. nadzemním podlaží jsou navrženy prostory pro administrativní činnost a jeden byt. Třetí nadzemní podlaží je tvořeno pěti bytovými jednotkami. Ve 4. nadzemním podlaží bude proveden mezonetový byt s terasou.

The topic of this thesis is to compile a documentation for a buliding execution. Project documentation solves a design of multifunctional house according to compiled studies.This thesis also includes thermal assessment of enclosing constructions and the energetic label of the building. The building is designed without basement and with four floors. The supporting system is composed of precast reinforced concrete skeleton. Among the pillars around the perimeter there will be a brick wall. The building will be based on footings, under bearing walls will be underlaying thresholds. The roofing of the building will be single-flat. Multifunctional house is designed as a building of mixed facilities. On the 1st floor there will be a coffee shop with a gallery and a boutique. On the 2nd floor there will be spaces for administration and one flat. On the 3rd floor there will be five flats. On the 4th floor there will be a maisonette flat with a terrace.
