Abstract
Diploma thesis deals with motivation and job satisfaction of employees. The main aim is to evaluate the current state of motivation and job satisfaction in the selected industrial company through a questionnaire survey. Based on the found restults are designed solutions to improve the current state. One of the suggestions is to establish praise or recognition for a well-done job. For the end there are benefits of suggestions for employees and for employer too.
