Plánování opatření pro řešení krizových situací na úrovni právnické osoby

Abstract

The master thesis deals with the issue of crisis planning for a legal entity. The theoretical part contains theoretical bases of legal entity and crisis planning. The practical part is trying to describe possible threats. It includes also the description of crisis remedies and the way, how the legal entity can use them. After that, the practical part documents planning and a preparation of the legal entity for solutions of crisis situations by questionnaire, which was distributed to a representative sample at selected area. The questionnaire is not crucial. The main goal of the thesis consists in documenting the process of planning and preparation of the legal entity to realization of selected remedies for the solution of crisis situations.
