Předlužení manželů v domácnosti a jeho ekonomický a sociální dopad

Abstract

The object of this thesis is to analyze the causes and the possibilities of the married couples over-indebtedness in the household. The economic and social impact resulting from excessive household indebtedness is also analyzed and evaluated in the thesis.The seizures and married couples debt forgiveness were specified as the possible solution for over-indebtedness. The processed data come from the insolvency register and files of seizure. The assessment of the economic impact was done through the analysis of specific situations. Through the interpretations of conclusions can be stated that (in terms of changes of reintegrating into the economic life) the debt relief - more precisely the common debt relief of the married couples – is a better option to solve the debt crisis. The thesis allows the reader to familiarize himself with the procedural aspects of insolvency and executory proceedings, and to get an idea of the consequences resulting from them.
