Výroba automobilových komponentů a její konkurenceschopnost

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výroby automobilových komponentů a její konkurenceschopností. První část diplomové práce je věnována celkovým problémům tohoto odvětví a jejich vlivům na hospodářkou situaci. Následující části charakterizují firmu Eaton s.r.o. Chomutov vyrábějící komponenty pro klimatizační jednotky automobilů. Z ekonomické analýzy firmy navrhuji řešení na snížení nákladů, které spočívá ve využití moderních metod řízení výroby. Konkrétním příkladem z praxe dokazuji, že tyto metody vyvinuté z dlouholetých japonských zkušeností našli své uplatnění i v našem prostředí.

This thesis puts mind to the problems of automotive productions and its competitiveness. The forepart of the thesis is devoted to the universal problems inside of the lay and its influence on the economic situation. Next parts describe the company Eaton s.r.o. Chomutov producing the components for the automotiv air conditioning. I suggest the solution for the cost reduction from economic analyses incumbent on the modern method of production control. I prove the concrete example of the use in this country. These methods were developed by Japanese experience.
