Cestovní ruch a jeho potenciál v krajině dotčené těžbou v mostecké pánvi

Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes possibilities to develop tourism within the area affected by coal mining in the Most basin. The text includes all elementary natural conditions, i.e. geology, climate, hydrology, fauna and flora. A short history of mining is added, too. The main part of this text describes changes in the landscape due to deep and open pit mining, air pollution, effects on population, ways of land reclamation and two successful examples in the view of tourism. The last chapter is addressed to utilizing technical landmarks in order to increase an attractiveness of industrial facies.
