Motivační program v podniku

Abstract

SUMMARY An analysis of the motivational programme and a proposal of its improvement was a subject of this diploma thesis “Motivational programme in the company”. The company tries to avoid a large employee turnover. And also to improve an atmosphere of the company in general. First we deal with a theory of motivation and with its possible influence on labour efficiency. Further I describe methods which are applied in the company and how they influence a motivation of employees itself. And in the last part there are my recommendations how to improve a motivational programme to reach better results of all the company.
