Optimalizace organizační struktury obecního úřadu

Abstract

The thesis aims at finding the answer to the question: “How can we achieve the optimal organizational structure of the Municipal District Authority?” The basic terms used in the thesis are included in the theoretical part which is followed by the chapter “The Analysis of the Current Organizational Structure of a Chosen Municipal District Authority.” The chosen authority is one out of the 23 local authorities in the Statutory City of Ostrava – the Municipal District Authority in Poruba. The proposed changes in the organizational structure including necessary adjustments to the administrative and organizational regulations are included in next two chapters. The economic impact of the change in the organizational structure is examined in the conclusion of the thesis.
