Přímé stanovení kovů v prašném aerosolu metodou atomové absorpční spektrometrie

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with direct solid sampling of metals in atmospheric particulate matter using atomic absorption spectrometry. First part describes influence of metals to human health and environment, further it describes atomic absorption spectrometry. Next part is dedicated to direct solid sampling in atmosphere accomplished abroad. Last part elaborates actual measurement. Antimon was measured in certified reference material on primary and secondary wavelength. Antimon and Paladium were checked in the samples.
