Analýza vlivu vlastností systému měření na hodnocení způsobilosti procesů

Abstract

This master thesis is focused on the influence of measurement system properties on the capability evaluation process. There is explained how results of a process capability evaluation can be affected by the selected measurement system properties in the introductory part. The detailed steps of process capability evaluation and measurement system analysis are presented in the theoretical part, with the analysis of recent publishings on the topic, aswell. The achieved results are then presented and discussed in the final part.
