Wellness hotel v Ostravě - Přívoze

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the partial processing of project documentation for construction according to the decree. 499/2006 Coll. Project of wellness hotel is based on urban study city of Ostrava - Přívoz solved in Art workshop III, architectural study performed in Art workshop IV and documentation for building permission in Art workshop Va. At the beginning of the text is an idea of the area and the related concept of solutions. The work also contains a technical report, a set of drawings and architectural detail of glass skylights. The aim was to create a new landmark in the center of this district following the traditional shapes and materials in modern design.
