Strategický plán malého sportovního klubu

Abstract

The thesis „The strategic plan of a small sports club“ targets the softball club SK Slavie OU. The theoretic part describes the process of preparing a strategic plan starting with vision and purposes, dissection of the inner and outer environment and the most used analyses. The concrete strategic form is implemented after the prognosis of the future evolution. The practical section is formed by the environment of the softball club, the SWOT and PESTLE analyses. From these we conclude, there are 3 strategics, optimistic, realistic and pesimisti. These relate to the possible variantions of building up a sports club.
