Kalkulace cen tepelné energie

Abstract

The thesis focuses on essential business conditions in the heating industry and binding procedure for calculating the price of heat energy according to current legislation. The aim of this work is to compare and analyze the pre-calculated and the resulting thermal energy prices of an anonymous heat company and to determine to what extent there are differences between them, as well as which factors are responsible for the prices. The analysis of time series of individual cost elegits in the period 2006-2010 is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that the weather has the greatest impact on the difference between pre-calculated prices and the final price of thermal energy. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first is devoted to the introduction and the last to the conclusion. The second chapter is a general introduction to the matter of the heat industry. For the most part, the third chapter is a theoretical exposition of price calculation of thermal energy as well as a presentation of the distributing heat company, which will be marked by "Alfa, Inc." in this text for reasons of commercial confidentiality. The fourth chapter analyses and compares the time series of individual cost elegits of the heat company for the period 2006 to 2010 and evaluates them.
