Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house in passive standard as a timber frame building. The documentation for the implementation of the construction is prepared in accordance with the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on Documentation of Construction. The proposal for the creation of the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study, which has been developed in the course Studio Work V. This study was further developed into project documentation for building permits under the supervision of the thesis supervisor, Ms. Ing. arch. Lucie Videcká and technically under the supervision of Mr. Ing. Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the text part and the second part deals with the drawing part. The thesis is supplemented by the specialization Architecture and in it the detailed section of the facade and the entrance shelter are dealt with. The house is designed for a family of four as a two-storey building with a gable roof in the village of Rohov with a garden. The building is divided into two masses, namely the main living room and the secondary garage.
