Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the topic of motivation and remuneration of employees in a selected company. Thesis is split to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of motivation and remuneration. The practical part first introduces the company and also its system of motivation and remuneration. Then the questionnaire survey is evaluated using graphs. The last chapter of the practical part presents suggestions for improving individual aspects, which aim to increase motivation and improve employee remuneration.
