Abstract
The aim of the present diploma thesis, “Performance Evaluation of a Selected Company“ is to evaluate the performance of a selected company and propose possible measures to improve it.
Classic methods of financial analysis included B/B models are assessed in the first part.The particular space is dedicated to SWOT analysis and Balanced Scorecard method, which are assessed. In the second part, the selected methods are applied to a specific company. The final part is intended for suggestions for improving the situation in the selected company.
