Perštýnský areál s malým pivovarem, pivním wellness, ubytováním a restaurací v Litomyšli

Abstract

The focus of the thesis is the design of Perstyn Area in Litomysl. One part of the thesis is a reconversion of the existing protected baroque granary, a reconstruction of the surrounding buildings and also a construction of new buildings needed in order to run a small brewery, a beer spa, various accommodation possibilities and a restaurant for visitors. Rearranging the entire complex would have an impact on the surrounding infrastructure, paved areas and the whole landscaping of the complex. Adjustment of the nearby Loucna riverside would be a part of the solution and the design.
