Abstract

This bachelor thesis is devoted to creating a business plan for a new consulting company, Samfin Advisory s.r.o., which will provide strategic B2B financial consulting services to small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, primarily in the Třinec region. The main objective of the thesis is to assess the economic viability and practical feasibility of this entire business project based on detailed analyses and financial planning. The theoretical part first defines the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, specifies the nature of consulting services, and establishes the methodological framework for creating strategic plans. The practical part subsequently applies these insights to a specific business model, uses situational analyses to evaluate the market environment, and defines the marketing strategy. The core of the practical part is detailed financial planning, including the modeling of alternative cash flow scenarios and the calculation of key financial indicators.
