Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the wage system in a particular society. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, payroll issues are explained based on the professional literature and legal regulations. The practical part describes selected company and analyzes its wage system. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate payroll system of this company and recommend improvement and increase of motivation of employees.
