Vliv investičních pobídek na snížení nezaměstnanosti v regionu postiženém útlumem těžby

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis "Influence of investment incentives to reduce employment rate in the region affected by the mining decrement" is to evaluate the impact of investment incentives at the regional level. The theoretical part describes basic concepts in the field of labor market, unemployment rate, state unemployment policy and the system of investment incentives in the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter describes the characteristics of the region, analyzes unemployment rate in the Czech Republic and in the district of Chomutov. The second chapter focuses on the investment incentives allocated in 2005-2017 in the Chomutov district and a brief description of the companies which the investment incentives were allocated to, the amount of support received and the development of their employees‘ number. The third chapter describes the influence of companies which received investment incentives on unemployment rate in the district.
