Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on creating a study of reciprocal links between object and areal evacuation. The first part of this thesis deals with an explanation of basic terms and a legal regulation connected with evacuation, furthermore, this part of the thesis is dedicated to a historical development and a current condition of inhabitants’ protection and integrated rescue system. This part is followed by a general analysis of object and areal evacuation. The next part is focused on reciprocal links between object and areal evacuation. The thesis is added by the evaluation of the course of evacuation caused by the exceptional incident of ammunition warehouse’s explosion in Vrbětice in Zlínský Region. The final part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the plan of people’s evacuation, and a fire evacuation plan and subsequent possible recommendations to change these documentary materials.
