Abstract

The subject of my diploma thesis is optimization of strategy of company MSA, a.s. Dolní Benešov. The diploma thesis is divided to four chapters. The theoretical one focuses on definition of the basic marketing notions and describes individual steps in creating the marketing strategy. The second chapter represents company MSA, a.s. Dolní Benešov, its history, present and produciton program. In the third chapter there are included necessary analysis required for optimization of marketing strategy. The fourth chapter includes conclusions and recommendations for optimization of strategy of company MSA, a.s. Dolní Benešov.
