Možnosti prevence potenciálních krizí ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Cieľom práce je priblížiť problematiku krízového riadenia, analyzovať vybraný podnikateľský subjekt, vytvoriť preň krízový profil a vypracovať návrhy pre krízové riadenie tohto podniku. V teoretickej časti práce sú definované základné pojmy krízového riadenia a následne sú objasnené analýzy vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia, ktoré boli v práci použité. V praktickej časti práce sú vypracované analýzy vybraného podniku na základe ktorých je spracovaný krízový profil podniku. Súčasťou práce sú odporúčania pre podnik týkajúce sa identifikovaných kríz vyplývajúcich z krízového profilu.

The goal of this thesis is to clarify the crisis management, analyze selected business entity, create a crisis profile for it and to draw up proposals for the crisis management of the company. The basic terms of crisis management and subsequently analysis of external and internal environment, which were used in the thesis are defined in the theoretical part. Practical part of the thesis contains processed analysis of the selected company which are the basis for creating the crisis profile. Recommendations for selected company concerning identified crises which arise from crisis profile are in the end of practical part of the thesis.
