Hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s pracovním prostředím

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on employee satisfaction with the work environment at DEVA F-M, s.r.o. The aim of the research was to identify key factors influencing employees’ workplace comfort and assess the overall level of their satisfaction. The research applied both quantitative and qualitative methods – a questionnaire survey among employees and a semi-structured interview with the head of production. The findings indicate a generally high level of employee satisfaction, though several critical areas were revealed, such as air quality, noise levels, and interpersonal dynamics. Based on the findings, specific recommendations were formulated to help optimize the work environment and enhance collective employee well-being.
