Abstract
This theses focuses on team cooperation evaluation in a selected football team. There are described team characteristics, team cooperation, forms and types of teams, phase of team development, team goals, team culture and team communication. Experimental part is focused on analysis of team cooperation by the use of questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagram and interview with the head coach.
