Abstract

My thesis topic is processed on the theme a strategy for future development of the selected organization. The aim of this thesis is to do a strategic analysis of ENOOX Company and on its basis to formulate a draft strategy for future development of this company. The work is divided into three chapters. The theoretical part describes the nature and process of strategic management. The practical part deals with analysis of external and internal environment of the company, whose results are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The final section is formed prognosis of the business environment. Based on information found from the analysis and prognosis is proposing a strategy for stability for the future development of company.
