Abstract

The author examines the global problem of multiculturalism and its reflection in employee training. Initial attention is paid to the analysis of individual concepts such as culture and communication, and their impact on education. Author supplemented her observations from hers experience of the multicultural environment in the international organization. The aim is above all a general outline of the activities of a selected company in respect of employee development, further evaluation and comparison of data obtained by performing a questionnaire and in-depth analysis of the development of intercultural education employees at selected company. Using the data obtained was author able to reveal that employees perceive shortcomings in the context of corporate training and in the context of cultural knowledge. Thanks to this analysis, the author discovered some room for improvement. So she tried to design optimization, including costs and evaluation of benefits for the company. Maintaining sustainable competitiveness, the author sees as the main benefits introduced innovations.
