Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with biodegradable polymers, technology of their production, practical application and impact on the environment. The goal is to provide
a comprehensive theoretical view on the topic of biodegradable plastics, while answering the question whether these polymers technology of the future in the area of waste management. Bachelor thesis also presents an overview of international and national law that apply to the selected topic.
