Abstract

This thesis deals with the rehabilitation and adaptation of castle building No. 81 in the village Neplachovice. It is a cultural monument registered under rej.č. 15298 / 8-1445. The building of the first half of the 19th century it served as the seat of the family Elger, in the early 20th century was Pillersdorfům family. After 1945 he moved into the castle town school and archive, which resulted in the adaptation of buildings and structures unwanted interventions during the second half of the 20th century. Under the proposed change of use I tried to use the original premises at max. scale for new purposes to preserve the historic value of disposition. The castle building is inherently a historic truss, which I try to save technology of thermal remediation of wood and exchange of degraded elements. This variant, I also created a timetable. In the case of irreversible degradation of the truss there is a replica of the original truss replacement for the original.
