Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of SUM Odry s.r.o. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the necessary concepts to understand the problems of marketing research, basic information about the company, its history, the subject of business, the objectives of the company and employees working in it. The practical part deals with the issue of employee satisfaction through a questionnaire, its compilation, conducting research and subsequent data analysis. In the last stage, suggestions and recommendations are given with the aim of allocating them to the necessary shortcomings.
