Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to find out, whether the focused company judges damage events by the law as well as to propose some changes in the system of judging. First part is dedicated to legal regulation of this topic, its analysis and explanations. In the second part, general information on chain stores is given in terms of damages and activities related to them. Last part deals with the focused company and includes information on damage judging in it and proposals for damage judging system changes.
