Analýza vnitropodnikových směrnic vybraného podnikatelského subjektu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce ,,Analýza vnitropodnikových směrnic vybraného podnikatelského subjektu“ je zaměřena na analýzu vnitropodnikových směrnic společnosti Projekt s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou obecně vymezeny vnitropodnikové směrnice, charakteristika směrnic, důležitost tvorby směrnic, struktura a forma směrnic a následná charakteristika vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení, analýzu a popis konkrétních směrnic společnosti Projekt s. r. o. a dále jsou zde vytvořeny návrhy na nové směrnice pro společnost Projekt s. r. o.

The bachelor thesis ,,Analysis of Internal Guidelines in Selected Business Entity” is focused on the analysis of the Internal Guidelines of the company named for the bachelor thesis purposes Projekt s. r. o. Firstly, the theoretical part describes internal guidelines, the characteristics of internal guidelines, and the importance of their creation. The structure and form of the internal guidelines are defined following the characteristic of selected internal guidelines. Secondly, the application part is focused on the evaluation, analysis, and description of the selected internal guidelines of the selected business entity. As the result the drafts of the new internal guidelines are made.
