Abstract

My graduation theses deals with the issue of employee benefits, their characteristics, possible division and describing of the tax and deduction regimes. I mention most often employee benefits provided and current trends in their provision in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this work is based on an employee survey to identify and assess the degree of use and satisfaction of employees with employee benefits in a concrete company. In conclusion of my theses recommendations are proposed to change the current system of employee benefits.
