Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on measuring customer satisfaction with the services of the FITPARK fitness center located in Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is to uncover satisfaction factors and causes of customer dissatisfaction at FITPARK and to obtain collective feedback. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire in Google Forms, and data analysis was conducted in Microsoft Excel. The research results provided important information for formulating recommendations for FITPARK. The author of the thesis proposed specific solutions to dissatisfaction in sectors where customers were most dissatisfied. The main proposal was the transformation of underutilized badminton courts into a strength training zone highly utilized by customers.
