Využití teamové práce v podnicích cestovního ruchu

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis is focused on teamwork used by tourism industry companies in the Zlín region. The theoretical part is primarily about concepts of management's area, focusing mainly on teamwork. The practical part is a survey, which was sent to businesses in the tourism industry.

The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is to identify whether tourism companies utilize teamwork and whether it’s efficient or not. Moreover, a part of the goal is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of teamwork.
