Analýza zdrojů financování dlouhodobého majetku podniku

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with comparison of each form of financing of the long-term assets and follow choice of the optimal form of the assets financing. Thesis is divided into three main parts. Content of the first part is explanation of the principles of financing and description of the resources of financing. The second part is focused on explanation of the methods used to choice of the optimal way of financing. In the third part there is applied the method based on NPV-Equity by which the financing alternatives are calculated. The financing alternatives are own resources, bank loan and financial leasing. After comparing the results is selected the optimal form of the assets financing.
