Typologie bydlení pro osoby s poruchou autistického spektra

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá architektonickým, legislativním a psychologickým rámcem návrhu bydlení pro osoby s poruchou autistického spektra. Cílem je navrhnout typologii bytových a pobytových řeaení, která zohledňuje specifické potřeby jednotlivých typů autismu. Výzkum je založen na interdisciplinárním přístupu, zahrnujícím analýzu domácích i zahraničních příkladů, cost-benefit hodnocení a podmíněné hodnocení preferencí cílové skupiny. Výsledkem je návrh typologických, dispozičních a provozních standardů pro různé úrovně podpory, včetně osob s těžkou formou autismu. Práce zároveň navrhuje konkrétní architektonické zásady, prostorové členění, barevnost, vybavení a využití chytrých technologií.

This dissertation explores the architectural, legislative, and psychological framework for designing housing for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The aim is to propose a typology of residential and supported living solutions that address the specific needs associated with different types of autism. The research adopts an interdisciplinary approach, incorporating analysis of both domestic and international case studies, cost-benefit evaluations, and stated preference assessments from the target group. The outcome is a proposal for typological, spatial, and operational standards tailored to varying levels of support, including individuals with severe autism (ASD+). The thesis also outlines specific architectural principles, spatial organization, color schemes, furnishing, and the use of smart technologies.
