Abstract

Thesis titled „Remuneration of employees“ is engaged in analysis of the current pay system in production company belonging to medium-sized businesses. The aim of this thesis was to analyze the current system of rewarding employees in the company, and provides the basis to assess performance. The theoretical part focuses on the fundamental concepts of the remuneration, specifically describes the wage system, wages and employee benefits forms. In the third chapter is characterized a firm in which I analyzed the system of remuneration. The practical part uses theoretical knowledge to analyze the renumeration systém. Is devoted to questions individually compiled from a questionnaire including the summary, implemented by questionnaire. Next chapter contains proposals for possible recommendations, findings from a questionnaire survey of primary data collection to improve the current system of remuneration in the company.
