Nedostatky v požární bezpečnosti bytových staveb

Abstract

The submitted bachelor thesis points out the structural and technical deficiencies in the fire safety of residential buildings during their realization and use. There is the typology of residential buildings, its history and construction nowadays in the first part. Furthermore, the work deals with the characteristics of fire safety of buildings, fire legislation and the requirements for professional supervision of the technical construction of buildings. Last part of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of deficiencies in fire safety of residential buildings, including justification of the causes of these defects and measures to eliminate construction and technical deficiencies and limiting their impact on fire safety deterioration.
