Abstract

Trendem současné doby je elektronická komunikace občanů se státní správou. Pilířem elektronizace veřejné správy je projekt CzechPOINT, který je místem, kde se setkává státní správa s občany. Certifikační autorita České pošty, s. p. a služby CzechPOINT České pošty, s. p. přinášejí přiblížení státní správy k občanům. Tato diplomová práce poskytuje stručný návod, jak rozšířit služby certifikační autority České pošty, s. p. bez rozsáhlého zvyšování nákladů a za využití stávajících pracovníků přepážek CzechPOINT.

Present trend is an electronic communication between citizens and governmental institutions. The main part of the governmental institutions is the project Czech POINT which is the place where governmental institutions meet citizens. The certificate authority of the Czech Post (state enterprise) and the services of the Czech Post (state enterprise) bring closer approach between governmental institutions and citizens. This thesis provides the brief instructions how to expand the services of the certificate of the Czech Post (state enterprise) without large increase of costs and by using the existing number of workers at the counters of the Czech POINT.
