Revitalizace lokality ul. Riegrovy, Ostrava - Hrušov

Abstract

The issue of my bachelor thesis was to project a suburban and architectonical design of the locality of Riegerova Street in Ostrava Hrušov with the purpose of replacing the functional usage of light industry area into a trade area and thus make a suitable building layout including technical equipment analysis. Thesis is made to the extent of territorial study and is divided into individual chapters. The first chapter contains introduction of the given issue. Second chapter is concerned with the theoretical solution followed by the analysis of the present state of this area that is made in the third part of the chapter. On the basis of this analysis there are projects drawn up. These projects are listed in the fourth chapter which also includes technical report to the first design which I opted for more detailed elaboration. The fifth chapter belongs to conclusion. This proposal is one of many possible alternatives how to make use of this locality effectively.
