Abstract
This thesis deals with the creation of the user interface for processing and evaluation of biological signals. Biological signal is a special type of signal that is caused by the existence of a living organism or organism is scanned.
The aim was to create a user environment for processing actigraphy records of lower limbs, in order to determine the pathophysiology of sleep. It was evaluated as to whether it is advantageous to use a scan from the lower leg instead of a typical diagnostics methods for certain sleep disorders. Actigraphy recorded from the lower limbs can also be used to demonstrate the efficacy of treatment medicine for diseases characterized with tremors and cramps (muscle cramps) in the legs. The potential for more accurate and detailed actigraphy lower extremity we can see at screening patients who showed a suspected sleep disorder and for children for whom the routine examination by polysomnography is frustrating.
