Abstract

The focus of this thesis is on the issues with customer satisfaction in a trading company Tesco Stores ČR a. s. Main part of the text is split into three parts. Focus of the first part is on the theoretical aspects, which contains description of an expressions like customer, satisfaction, questionnaire, etc. In the second part is a description of Tesco Stores ČR a. s., furthermore in this section is a specification of the company‘s branch in the Valašské Meziříčí. Focus of the third part is on a practical part. Practical part is built on an acquired data from the created questionnaire. This acquired data were then analyzed. After that, an appropriate measures were proposed for the unfavorable results.
