Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on analysis of the remuneration system in a selected organization. The work describes remuneration of workers, management and policy of remuneration, wage form and employee benefits. This bachelor’s thesis describe selected organization and analyse remuneration system of employees in selected organization. On the basis of questionnaire is evaluation of understanding, knowledge and satisfaction employees with the remuneration system in organization.
