Abstract

Like subject of my bachelor work I chose „ Possibilities increasing satisfaction services collective court". The Aim of my work was find out, how satisfied the citizens of Prostejov are with collective court present offer services. On the basis of marketing research I suggested definite recommendation for satisfaction improvement and recommended some changes. I hope that my suggestions will help .A.S.A. TS Prostejov company to enforcement and realization changes on collective courts and subsequently to increase citizens satisfaction.
