Ekonomická analýza vybraného podniku

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is economic analysis of a selected company. The company did not want to be named, therefore in the thesis it is called company XYZ Ltd. The company deals in woodworking industry. The theoretical part of the thesis presents basic terminology of economic analysis. The company itself is introduced in the practical part. Subsequently, calculations of individual indicators are provided. Furthermore, calculations of ratio indicators, techniques of financial analysis, pyramid decomposition and economic added value are provided. At the end, comprehensive evaluation of the company’s situation based on the partial previous calculations is presented.
