Regenerace panelového sídliště Jihovýchod, Hodonín

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vytvoření návrhu regenerace panelového sídliště Jihovýchod v Hodoníně. Pro tyto účely byl proveden důkladný průzkum území. Na základě tohoto rozboru byly navrženy změny v území. Především se jedná o odstranění stávajících prvků a nahrazení nebo doplnění novými funkčními plochami a prvky. Tím byly do území vloženy další funkce jako sport, relax, zábava apod. Změnami prošli i zeleň a technická a dopravní infrastruktura. Návrh respektuje nařízení vlády č. 494/2000 Sb., O podmínkách poskytování dotací ze státního rozpočtu na podporu regenerace panelových sídlišť a vyhlášku č. 499/2006 Sb., O dokumentaci staveb, v rozsahu dokumentace pro vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby.

The aim of this thesis is to create design of prefab housing estate regeneration in Southeast Hodonin. For these purposes there was carried out a thorough survey of the territory. Changes of the territory were based on dates of this analysis. The most important thing is to remove existing elements and replacing or adding new features and functional surfaces. Thanks to the changes this territory gained new functions such as sport, relaxation, entertainment, etc. Greenery and technical and transport infrastructure were changed too. The proposal respects the Government Decree no. 494/2000 Coll., Conditions for granting grants from the state budget to support the regeneration of housing estates and Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., Construction documentation, to the extent of documentation to decisions for the location of the building.
